Welcome to the Iron Rams.

Our mission is to support the tradition and success of Southeast Polk wrestling, focusing on four major activities:

• Supporting summer wrestling activities

• Building the Red Owens Holiday tournament into a marquee event

• Bringing the SEP wrestling community closer together through regular communication and events

• Preserving the history and traditions of SEP wrestling

The Iron Rams were inspired by a reference made by Coach Christenson several years ago about the challenges he faced while transforming Southeast Polk wrestling into a national power.  “The biggest challenge I faced was establishing the right culture. Once that was in place, things started taking care of themselves.”  Iron Rams are dedicated to helping maintain the championship culture of Southeast Polk wrestling.
